At Rogue Engineering, our mission goes beyond traditional precision engineering. We have redefined the landscape by seamlessly integrating cutting-edge robotics and automation into our processes, not just to enhance productivity but also to minimise our environmental footprint. At the core of the business is founder Jeff Shand, a machinist for 25+ years within manufacturing workshops serving various industry sectors. His experience in both manual and CNC machines for turning and milling, will be the basis of the services from Rogue Engineering. Jeff has a broad range of experience with technology and machines, within different environments, allowing the business to focus on providing a modern and tailored service to clients.

Alongside Jeff, we have Daniel and Alister, both very experienced machinists who also bring with them a wealth of knowledge

in various industry sectors. 

Supporting the engineering team is Pam, our Office Manager.

The team have welcomed a new apprentice, Ellis, helping grow and maintain the skilled machining industry.
